Our Company
Rent A Frog Valet was established in 1996 after Warren Prescott worked his way through Texas Christian University parking cars. In the beginning almost all of our employees were TCU Horned Frogs, hence the name Rent A Frog Valet. Today, we have grown to include students at Southwestern Seminary School and young adults out of college needing supplemental income. In 2002, in effort to better serve our customers in northeast Tarrant County, we opened an office in Grapevine, Texas. In 2007 we moved the Grapevine office to Southlake to accomodate the growth in that office.
Rent A Frog Moving & Concierge was established in January of 2007 and is headquartered in our Hulen office. This company was created to meet the growing demand from our clients who needed odd jobs done and wanted to use the same trustworthy and well-mannered employees Rent A Frog Valet employees. We have a company truck and trailer to handle small local moves. Our niche is to help businesses and residents transport odds and ends around Tarrant County. Management Team
Warren H. Prescott
President/CEO
Warren valet parked cars throughout his four years at Texas Christian University. Upon graduating in May of 1996, he hired a
college student to sit in his apartment to answer phone calls while Warren worked full-time as an account manager for a major
staffing company. In the spring of 1997, Warren pursued valet parking as a full-time career and never looked back. Three
offices in the DFW area and thousands of valet jobs later, his experience and knowledge of venues and logistics throughout the
metroplex are unmatched.
Darren Cokley
Vice-President of Operations
Before opening Golden Triangle Valet's office in 2002, Darren worked in the parking industry for 11 years. He oversees and manages day to day operation of the Southlake office. His primary focus is the Colleyville, Southlake, Grapevine and Flower Mound areas.
Justin Robinson
General Manager
Justin started with Rent A Frog as a valet attendant and worked his way into a management position. He manages day to day operations for the Fort Worth office. His duties involve scouting valet job sites and meeting with customers who need our valet or moving services.

Valet Attendant
Brian graduated TCU in 2005 with a Kinesiology degree. He has worked for us since 2003 and continues to do so on a part-time basis to help support his wife and son.
Austin V.
Valet Attendant
Austin was raised in Atlanta and currently attends Seminary School. He is engaged to be married and has worked for us since 2005.
Nathan L.
Valet Attendant
Nathan began working for us this year and has become a vital asset. He received his undergrad degree at Mary Hardin-Baylor and is currently attending Seminary school with marriage on the horizon.
Jonathan N.
Valet Attendant
Jonathan is married with one child and currently works in the mortgage
business. His work ethic and customer service skills are second to
none. Jonathan has worked for RAF since 2003.
