As you have no doubt already noted, this is a long overdue letter. I was in charge of this event for the Garden Club. The service your company provided was exemplary. The parking situation was difficult, yet your employees handled it with seemingly the greatest of ease. Your representative that day came in and introduced himself without my having to seek him out. He explained the well thought out plan and then proceeded to execute it without a hitch. The bill even came in under budget! All in all it was an extremely satisfactory experience.

Customer service --- it's not something wee see a lot of these days. Thanks for knowing how it's done and continuing to provide it.
